Today I’m in Utah. I come here every year to visit my mom on her special day. We have LOTS planned and I am going to be running around the valley all day. Whenever I come for a visit, I make sure to have a laundry list of places to eat. We’ll be in Salt Lake City tonight so if you have any suggestions for where to go, I’m all ears!
