Friends, friends, friends. I just love ya. I also love the fact that it’s Friday. I have a laundry list of things to finish every day before Christmas is here. I’m crossing my fingers that I can check everything off! If you’re not a list-maker now, don’t ever turn into one. It’s like a drug. A very bad drug… Today’s Fresh Find Friday is a little different than usual! Oh, there will be the lovely finds and links at the bottom of this post, but we’ve got something special today! Sweet Paul is offering one of you a copy of their holiday issue! What?! And they’re offering a free tote as well! WHAT?! Guys, these mags are the prettiest things you will ever hold in your hands. There is SO much inspiration to be pulled from the pages of the holiday issue. Treats. DIYs. Home decor. You name it, it’s in the magazine. I was going to keep this a secret and just keep everything for myself, but I am trying to be nice until New Year’s Eve so…
All you have to do to enter this giveaway is leave a comment on this post telling me one holiday project you plan to work on before Christmas is here. That’s it! If you are needing a little inspiration, visit here and here for ideas. The giveaway will close on Wednesday, December 12th at midnight. I’ll announce the winner on Thursday, December 13th! Good luck! I hope we never run into each other on the street because I’d probably try to rip these goods from your hands. 🙂
And now for the linky goodness:
A giveaway everyday ’til Christmas. I hope you entered today’s!

Ok, so it’s not a holiday project, per se. But amidst all the chaos at the end of the year, my son will also be turning 1 on the 27th. So I am making photo books for all the grandparents using the monthly photos I’ve taken each month and a collection other memorable moments in between. Remember the good old days of just taking your photos in to get printed and then slapping them into an album?

I’d like to get some art work hung around my place before Christmas. The hardest part is deciding what to hang, and then how to hang it! Wish me luck!

My favorite Christmas project will forever be wrapping presents. I have stocked up on the most extraordinary papers, ribbons, and toppers! I take great delight in the fact that recipients of my gifts never want to open them!!

It’s a simple one but my daughters and I are making glittery white paper snowflakes to string together and hang in our front window. It’s the closest we get to snow in Coastal California.

Hello,
You do not say if you open your giveaway to international readers (I feel so world travelled and exotic when i type that!). I went with the “When in doubt, participate” school of thoughts. I LOOOOVE sweet Paul! (Or should i say i adooore it, since i’m french..) It’s such a beautiful magazine!
Soooo, about my project for christmas. Ii started mine last year for my god son and we are turning it into a tradition. I make an abécédaire (alphabet book) with pictures i took during the year of him and his life. This will be the second one.
Well, have great holidays.

I got stuff to felt a sweater with a reindeer (or a heart if I chicken out). Seriously. This from the girl who is terrified of DIY! Cute bag! Love Sweet Paul’s stuff.

I am a new reader to your blog so this is the first giveaway I have entered! Very excited because I love Sweet Paul but haven’t gotten any copies in my hands yet, it just seems like such a fun magazine! I am working on a bunch of things this holiday, but mostly I want to make a pom-pom garland in greens and reds to drape across our living room, and a paper wreath to go on our door. It just doesn’t feel like Christmas yet here in TN because it has been so warm, we need the extra inspiration of a little more decor!

Popcorn garland for the xmas tree. It’s an oldie, but a goodie!

The easy wreaths… how pretty that will be in my kitchen window! I’m thinking of Rosemary and fresh bay leaves, and might even weave in some mistletoe and steal some kisses.
And than, when those wreaths are hanging we will make some glitter acorns to scatter in the windowsill.

I LOVE Sweet Paul, but hmm… as a blogger I should not reveal my next craft… always worried I will jinx it… I will say “sparkley” and “balls” as a hint

Well, I do have a few Mission Merry posts I keep eyeing and trying to convince myself I have time for…..my big project right now is re-purposing a bunch of thrifted prom dresses into a bunch of dress up clothes for my 4 year old niece for Christmas! Wish me luck, lord knows I need it!
Aubrey Bray says
I do have my eye on a few Mission Merry DIYs that I am trying hard to convince myself I have time for, because my super big, kinda daunting project this holiday season is recreating some thrift store finds into awesome dress up clothes for my 4 year old niece. Wish me luck, I need it!

I saw a cute rosemary wreath project. I’d love to create a few as gifts between now and Christmas. Goodness knows my rosemary plant would benefit from a trim!
