Growing up, I loved going to flea markets. Every time we visited California, I made plans to hit up the local swap meet and peruse for hours. There aren’t too many flea markets to choose from here in Denver. We’ve got a few staples, but nothing that really blows my mind. Who wants to fly me out to Cali for this one?
A few weeks ago, I spent an early Saturday morning at one of our flea markets and found these:
All sorts of fun plates and bowls. I bought some new dishes at a sale at Anthro and have been slowly collecting things to match. These rosaline dishes matched the coral perfectly. The best part about flea markets is that you can bargain. These were an absolute for me and I had to have them. The dealer was kind enough to lower the price and all I had to do was ask! Don’t you just love ’em?
I’m so stoked it hurts. Aren’t they beautiful? The bowl is my fave. It has a gorgeous ring of silver underneath. It was super tarnished and not-so-prettay, but it shined right up with a little baking soda and water. My family is coming into town and I think a big Sunday dinner is in order. Can’t wait to show you the tablescape. 🙂
Are you a flea marketer? Where do you go? Got any tips for us?

Be still my heart. It is racing right now! Beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe….I just…love them! Perfection with your Anthro dishes, too. I am just one big ball of jealousy right now.

I’m so glad to hear you like them! People always give me the stank eye when I tell them about my flea market finds. I thought these were absolutely perfect!

I just love your flea market finds! Like Lexy said here: not many people get my love for flea markets… It’s just a cool, cheap and lovely way to find things with a soul that will help you spruce up your home. Anyway, your finds look great and also your blog looks fabulous! Will be checking it out more often! 😉
