Well, that weekend came and went fast. I flea-marketed, I ate, I partied. I’m getting ready to head to Utah this weekend for some (much needed!) relaxation. I have a list of places to eat at. That’s usually the first thing I do when preparing for a vacation. I plan where I’ll eat each and every meal. That’s normal.
In other news: Alt tickets sold out in less than an hour! Were you able to snag a ticket? Will I be seeing you in January?!

I got my ticket to ALT! But I’m super on the fence about whether to really go or not. My hold up is that I’ll have a two-month old then. And since my two-year old didn’t sleep for the first 4 months of his life, I’m thinking that there is a good chance I could be quite a mess of sleep-deprivation come January. So yeah, I’m sitting here this afternoon thinking that I’m CRAZY!
Um, so yeah loving the instagrams. But you are KILLING me with all the yummy food!

I’m so glad you got a ticket to Alt! 2013 is going to be the best! I understand how you’re on the fence though. Just recruit your husband for that week. 🙂
I lived in Park City from ’02-’05. I moved there to ski, and actually taught at Deer Valley and the Canyons the whole time I lived out there. I also worked for a residential interior design firm full-time–meaning that during the Winter Seasons I was often working 7 days a week. So even though I was working crazy-hard, it didn’t seem all that crazy and was a fantastic few years of my life that I would never give back! 🙂
I miss Utah and the mountains. And during the summer, I miss the lack of mosquito! But I don’t think I’d ever move back. But I do seem to manage to get there at least once a year, although my skiing these days is few and far between.

Oh, I just LOVE Park City. My sister and her husband live just outside the city in Henefer. I’m from Utah! I grew up in Spanish Fork. Small town! Lots of cowboys and cowgirls. 🙂 We love Denver and I am not sure if or when we will move back to Utah. We just love it here. Denver has everything!
What is that tape!? I’ve seen tape like that on Very jane. Did you get it from there?? And, this might be a stupid question: but what do you DO with fancy tape?
Girlfriend, washi tape it THE best. I got a few of the rolls from a boutique here in Denver and a few others at Target. You can do anything with fancy tape! Seal envelopes. Decorate gifts. You can put it on ANYTHING! I used the tape around these spoons!
