Alright. I guess it’s three ingredients if you include the topping! These cheesecake shots are kind of the ultimate in deceitful snacks. They’re so tiny, so you want to eat about five of them. They’re made with cream cheese. And that’s all you really need to know to convince you to make a bunch. In my home, we grew up with cream cheese being one of our food groups. If you didn’t like cream cheese, you went to your room until you learned better.
Make Your Own Two-Ingredient Cheesecakes
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tub Cool Whip whipped topping
- assorted Kool-Aid flavors for topping
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and whipped topping. Once it’s smooth, spoon cream into each miniature shot glass. Top each with a small dollop of the Cool Whip and place in the refrigerator to chill for a least one hour.
Sprinkle the top of each shot with a little Kool-Aid and you’re all set!
You’ll eat a bunch in one sitting. And then I will welcome you into my family with open arms. Now go and make these for those barbecues you know you’re having this weekend.

Thanks, Courtney-Lynn~! They’re the easiest. It’s like eating cheesecake frosting out of the bowl! 😉
