Happy Thursday! I’m off to the airport to catch a plane to Utah for a wedding. I’m excited to see friends and family, and I even get to throw a birthday party for my {now three-year-old} niece! While I’m in the sky, I’ll leave with you with a sweet little DIY. Joy, who is one of my most fave designers (she was the designer behind our little makeover!) asked if I would share a little project over on her blog, Sage & Berries, today. So head on over and check out how to make this easy cake bunting made with scraps of fabric!
Y’all have a nice Thursday now, ya hear?

GF – it’s all about the crumb frosting layer. Seal those babies in and you’re good to go. 🙂

HOLY GORGEOUS!!!!! You are so talented! I’ve never made a cake like that or have ever really frosted something more than the fun-fetie cake from a box. Hahaha. Loooove the bunting!
Lexy says
Thanks, Meags! We just had a b-day bash for my niece and you better believe that the boxed fun-fetti made an appearance.

Cake every weekend, I tell you.

I am not a cake eater (don’t stone me), but this one–I would eat. In fact, I think I could eat the whole thing right now. I’m sure it is as tasty as it is cute coming from your kitchen.

No judgment here. 80% of the time, I make these treats and never eat them. If they don’t disappear, I give them away. Thanks for such a sweet compliment!
