So many of my posts recently have been about food. And with darn good reason. I just can’t let go of the sweets. And I don’t plan to. If I want to snack, it has to be on something small. And that’s just what these fortune cookie ice cream sandwiches are. They’re small. But they pack a sweet punch.
You’ll need:
- fortune cookie flats (found at World Market)
- melon baller
- frozen yogurt or ice cream
Scoop. Sandwich. Freeze. Devour.
Repeat.
