As the days progress, we are using up so many of my craft supplies to keep the kids busy and entertained. I was going through my stash of Cricut supplies and found this printable sticker paper and thought it would be perfect to make these DIY fruit stickers! We’re pretty much making projects on the daily so I’m trying to come up with things that are fun, colorful, but also practical. “Practical” in this case means “something I like to look at”.

Cricut just added a bunch of free designs to Design Space to help people be able to craft at home without stressing about the cost. I wanted to make a fruit basket so just searched through all of the fruit images and added my faves to my project. Every on of these DIY fruit stickers can be found in the image section of Design Space.

I’ve never really used the Print & Cut feature on my Cricut Maker. I knew about it and had heard such awesome things, but hadn’t really taken the time to go down the rabbit hole and learn how to do it. Turns out, it’s ridiculously simple. You design it in Design Space, send it to your printer, and then adhere the printed paper to your mat. Run it through the machine and it’ll cut it all out! It basically gives you a foolproof step-by-step tutorial. You can’t mess it up! So now that I know about this, I’m going to be making stickers like CRAZY.

If you have sticker paper, just print the design on that and then you’re ready to go. If you’d like to make these last a lot longer, print them out on regular paper and then run it through a laminator prior to cutting with the Maker! Add a little double-sided tape to the backs of each piece and have fun using them over and over again!

That open pomegranate has my heart. Maybe these DIY fruit stickers are more for me than the children…
